Remote Inside Sales Representative – Digital Marketing, Video & IT Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team and sell our digital marketing, video, and IT services to small and medium businesses across the United States.

This is a base plus commission position. The base range is between $35,000 – $45,000. With commissions, the pay projections are between $50,000 – $70,000 in the first year.

Responsibilities

• Contact and qualify potential customers through outbound calls and email communication
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend solutions
• Achieve and exceed sales goals
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement sales strategies
• Provide customer support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Continuously update CRM and sales reports

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in digital marketing, video, and IT services
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with CRM and sales reporting software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work remotely and be self-motivated
