Account Manager – Kansas City

Are you a master communicator, a project ninja, and a people person with a passion for delivering results? Catapult Creative Media is on the hunt for an Account Manager who’s ready to become the ultimate brand BFF!

The ideal Account Manager at Catapult goes above and beyond. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients and communicate between customers and internal teams, but you’ll also pitch Catapult’s services and products to provide the best, tailored solutions for client success and growth. You’ll be the glue that holds it all together, ensuring seamless communication, solving problems, taking and vetting calls for potential clients, offering solutions to meet clients’ needs, timely project delivery, and a healthy dose of charm and charisma along the way.

Responsibilities

  • Reaching out to clients and growing accounts through effective communication
  • Providing the best, tailored solutions to meet clients’ needs
  • Handling potential sales roles, including taking and vetting calls for potential clients
  • Pitching services & products to clients and demonstrating genuine care for their success
  • Communicating with clients regularly to build strong relationships

Requirements

The ideal candidate:

  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, goals, and pain points
  • Manages multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery
  • Communicates effectively with internal teams, including designers, copywriters, strategists, and data analysts
  • Develop and present marketing strategies, project plans, products, and results to clients
  • Excels in verbal and written communication skills
  • Has strict, unwavering attention to detail
  • Proves to have outstanding listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Works on building positive relationships with everyone
  • 2 years of experience (preferred)
  • Agency experience (preferred)
