Catapult Creative Media Inc. LSU Manship Scholarship

Catapult Creative Media Inc. will award two $500 scholarships a year to promising LSU Manship School upperclassmen. Creative and forward-thinking students interested in pursuing a career in advertising are encouraged to apply.
To apply, applicants must produce an essay of 400-600 words on the semester topic. The topic will be decided and announced by the Catapult Team.
The essay will be reviewed based solely on its content, and the writer of the best essay (subject to the reviewer’s standards) will be awarded the scholarship. All essays will be checked for originality and plagiarism. Sources are encouraged if cited.
Technology and the online shopping sphere have influenced the way consumers shop in physical stores. How can brick and mortar stores incorporate technology and people’s buying behaviors to promote their products and engage with their consumers both online and offline while their consumers are in their physical stores?
(p.s – there is no right or wrong answer)
This is an opened-ended question, so use your imagination. We will be looking for:
1. Correct grammar and spelling (AP Style preferred)
2. Engaging and attention-grabbing content
3. Uniqueness and originality
4. Ability to talk directly to your target audience
5. Organized and structured material that gets the point across by the end
